He creates development interventions for executive and senior staff and has a particular interest in leadership and performance management. Peter was until recently a Fellow of Exeter University’s Centre for Leadership Studies and was awarded a Fellowship in Management and Development.

After 20 years working in different sectors of industry, Pam founded a successful niche leadership and organisation development consultancy in 2004. She is an accomplished coach and facilitator, graduate of the CIPD, has a BA Hons in French and is a guest lecturer in Culture Change and Leadership at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge.

Neville Osrin
Neville holds post-graduate qualifications in both business economics and psychology and has written, consulted and lectured widely on organisational effectiveness and business strategy. Neville has consulted across a broad range of strategic business issues, particularly in the areas of competitive positioning, business transformation, leadership effectiveness, and corporate restructuring.

Jan Boyd
A former Management Development/OD Manager with British Airways and Mars, Jan has 19 successful years in consulting. She is a qualified user of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and assessment/ability tests, has a BA Hons in Development Studies, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and an NLP Master Practitioner. She is a skilful facilitator, consultant, coach and trainer.

Pauline Lucas
Pauline has extensive experience in the NHS, Local Government, Financial Services and IT. As HR Director of Hampshire County Council she helped to achieve and maintain a CPA rating of "Excellent" as well as establishing an award winning culture of employee wellbeing. She has a particular interest in business performance with competencies in leadership, effective communication, relationship building and decision making.
