Nicholas Deal
Nick was in practice as a barrister for 7 years, dealing with employment, crime, family, personal injury, medical and professional negligence and insolvency, and appearing in all courts from Magistrates' to the Court of Appeal. He has brought this experience into the world of people development and works with individuals to improve their personal projection, influencing and analysis skills. Nick also manages a diverse team of role players with a range of experience in business in addition to their acting skills. All are experienced in giving tailored feedback to delegates and are very familiar with many coaching and training models – they bring the theories to life.
